Welcome to Milenium! These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all services offered under the Milenium brand ("Service"). By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services. These Terms may be updated from time to time, and by continuing to use the Service, you accept any changes.

Account Registration

To access the Service, users must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and agree not to disclose your login credentials to any third party. We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Milenium or its licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, modifying, or distributing any part of the Service without written permission.

Future Paid Services

While the Service is currently free, Milenium may introduce paid features in the future. If paid services are added, additional terms will be provided and users will have the option to opt-in. No user will be automatically charged without their consent.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms or the Milenium Usage Guidelines. Termination may also occur due to abusive behavior, illegal activity, or any other action that compromises the safety and security of the Service or its users.

Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Oregon.

Changes to These Terms

Milenium reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. However, users affected by any changes to the Terms will be given 1 week notice before prior to the changes and may opt out by contacting us via email or in any other possible way.

Furry Policy

If you are friends with the owner or any employees at the service, you are obligated to become a "furry" if not already with no exemptions.
